Dissolve the yeast in warm water and soft butter. Knead an elastic and non-sticky dough gradually adding warm water. Cover and leave to rise until it doubles in volume.
Spread the dough in a sheet of about 1-2 cm. Grease the dough with ketchup, add slices of tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper on top.
Add the grated cheese and telemeau on top (mix it), pieces of sardines and slices of red pepper.
Put in the preheated oven until it browns nicely for about 20 minutes
