This dish is actually a fish schnitzel :)
- 5 frozen fish fillets
- 2 eggs
- salt, pepper, garlic paste, lemon juice
- frying oil
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION How to fillet breads:
- Thaw the fish fillets, absorb the water with paper towels and then sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic paste and a little lemon juice. Leave in this marinade for about 30 minutes.
- Beat eggs with a fork; put the fish in flour, egg and fry in hot oil
- I served it with rice with tomatoes and salad (and with spinach cream at another table). It is good with any garnish :), with flakes like snails.
