The legs are boiled for 10 minutes, during which time the potatoes are cleaned and cut into quarters. After the potatoes have been cut, place them in a bowl and mix with the desired spices and 5 ml of oil. Subsequently, the thighs are subjected to the same operation, after which they are placed in the oven heated to 180 degrees in a tray that has been covered with baking paper. Leave it in the oven for 30 minutes and after the time has elapsed, turn the potatoes and thighs and leave them for another 10 minutes, after which they are served.
