The traditional Bee's Knees gets a heady upgrade as chamomile tea and peach-and-orange blossom-flavored vodka lend a delicate quality to honey and lemon.
- 2 chamomile tea bags
- 2 ounces Ketel One Botanical Peach & Orange Blossom vodka
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- Garnish: lemon slices
Brew the tea bags in 4 ounces of hot water according to package directions.
Remove tea bags and let cool.
Add the vodka, lemon juice, honey and tea into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with 2 lemon slices.
