Michelle, they made me want stuffed eggs. My husband is a big consumer of this dish. I'll do it these days too. I put a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream over the eggs - I put 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream in the mayonnaise. It's better and not as nauseating as plain mayonnaise. I ate when I was visiting eggs stuffed and simply placed on a plate. They don't taste like stuffed eggs without that "sauce" of mayonnaise and sour cream.
