- 1 red or yellow onion
- 100 g. Bacon or bacon
- 1 box of beans (canned) with sausages or ribs
- 1 tablespoon oil

RECIPE PREPARATION Knight beans:
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
In a suitable bowl put the oil and add the chopped onion, leaving it to fry, on the right heat, until it becomes translucent.
The ribs or bacon are cut into thin strips and added over the onion. When the ribs are nicely browned, add the contents of the can, stirring gently to avoid catching / smoking the dish.
Serve with white cabbage salad or assorted pickles, according to everyone's taste.
