Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Peel the onion and cut it as small as possible.
Fry the vegetables in olive oil, add the peas after draining it well. Add the tomato paste and add enough water to cover all the food. Let it boil until the peas are soft, for me it didn't last very long because it was pre-cooked.
At the end we add salt, pepper, bay leaves to taste, and after we take the food off the heat, add chopped parsley and cover with a lid.
